Mark Rohde, founder of Rohde Construction, is a registered engineer with a background in architectural design and engineering. Mr. Rohde entered the multiple construction industry in 1973 and has focused on multiple construction. In the early 1990's, he recruited a core of highly trained professionals to form Rohde Construction. From its inception, Rohde emphasized multiple-based construction, and the pre-construction needs of for-profit and non-profit developers.
Rohde’s rapid growth, in becoming one of the nation’s 50 largest builders of multiple-based construction, is testimony to Rohde’s successful efforts in providing developers with effective budgeting, design/detail/specification assistance, on-time construction, and adherence to pre-construction budgets. While many competitors in multifamily construction are builder/developers, Rohde has continued to focus solely as a general contractor. This focus allows Rohde to be an unbiased and effective advocate for every client.
As Rohde has grown, additional trained professionals have been added to its team. Despite this growth, Rohde has been fortunate in retaining core people who have been instrumental in creating Rohde’s completed project portfolio. This has allowed Rohde to increase its capability while carefully managing its expansion.
