Student Housing Construction by Rohde Construction
Rohde has constructed both on-campus university and off-campus student housing supporting the needs of Michigan universities. Rohde has constructed student housing projects with amenities such as covered ice arenas/basketball pavilions, large clubhouses with expanded facilities, spas, and pools. Most projects also have high-speed Internet, cable TV, bathrooms, and security for each student bedroom.
