Walgreens

Rohde has constructed 26 Walgreens stores to date in 4 states.  Close coordination is required between contractor, developer, and Walgreens to create a successful project.  These stores are generally located on tight sites in very busy locations.  The past history of many of these sites requires a substantial amount of work to be done just to get the site ready for the new store.  Walgreens has very stringent quality standards which must be met in addition to maintaining a tight schedule.
