Village at Rivers Edge

This 48 unit rental town home project in Kalkaska, Michigan features an exterior facade with a variety of different materials and colors thereby giving each unit a sense of individuality.  The integration of these many materials into a weathertight exterior was a challenge on this project and required many unique techniques to be used.  Rohde worked closely with the architect to ensure a "seamless" integration of materials was achieved and the look of the exterior was executed as intended.
