University Suites

University Suites is a three building 134 bed student housing complex serving Wright State University in Dayton, Ohio.  The unit layouts included three, four, and five bedroom designs, with each bedroom having its own full bathroom.  All apartments have a full laundry, internet, tv, and phone service to each bedroom, and a balcony or patio.  Due to deficiencies in the architectural drawings, building permit approval and therefore construction start of the buildings was delayed by nearly 60 days.  Nonetheless, Rohde was able to complete the project 3 weeks ahead of schedule.
