South Saginaw

This single family subdivision of 49 homes was built in one phase and is targeted toward the first time home buyer.  Located in Saginaw, Michigan, each home features a 3 or 4 bedroom layout, 2 stall garage, large kitchen and one of several exterior facade variations.  Rohde provided floor plan design assistance in an effort to lower overall construction costs, which were inflated due to a high water table and poor subsurface soil conditions.
