Sawmill Estates

Sawmill Estates is a combined elderly and family living complex located in Wayland, Michigan.  The well-proven design of the family apartments provides each tenant with their own laundry room, patio and individually controlled utilities.  The site features covered parking, a community building and a playground area.  This site required Rohde to relocate wetlands as well as implement unique construction details to provide noise abatement due to the close proximity of a railroad line and US 131.
