Rosewood Manor

Rosewood Manor, located in the greater Kalamazoo area, is a combined townhouse and single family subdivision.  Rohde built the infrastructure for the entire development as well as constructing the 68 townhouse units on schedule.  Each townhouse features standard air conditioning, garage door openers, full in-unit laundry rooms and quality appointments typically found in "for sale" condominiums, even though the project is marketed as affordable rental housing.  A number of different floor plans and exterior facades were incorporated to further individualize the feel of each townhouse.
