Rivertown Park Condominiums

Rivertown Park Condominiums is a unique residential community located directly adjacent to Rivertown Park Mall.  When completed this project will contain 485 condo units in addition to over 50 single family homes and a senior living facility.  Residents can select from 13 different condo floor plans in five different building types.

Rohde completed the infrastructure development of this 120 acre site on a very tight schedule since no construction of housing could begin until all the infrastructure was in place.  Construction of the infrastructure included placing sanitary sewer at over 30 foot depths, constructing acres of detention ponds, and paving over a mile of roadway.

Rohde has played an integral role in this project through assistance in unit design, development of customer options and product selections, and providing customer service to residents.  Rohde also provided design/ build services for the construction of the luxurious clubhouse and large pool & spa.
