River Oaks

River Oaks is Grand Rapids area's most upscale gated, rental community.  The complex features oversized apartment and townhouse rental units, averaging over 1,300 square feet per unit.  The 380 unit project includes common area amenities such as tennis courts, pool/ spa, and a luxury community building with exercise area, library, and meeting rooms.  The kitchens in each unit include microwaves and dishwashers and every unit has a washer and dryer.  This massive project was completed on schedule and was 90% rented by construction completion.
