This 136 unit townhome development was originally constructed in the 1970's.  The extensive renovation included a total redesign of the exterior facade as well as complete interior replacement.  All work was performed while the project was 100% occupied, adding to the difficulty of completing this work on a tight 9-month schedule.  This project also included the construction of a new clubhouse and other upgrades to the site amenities.
