Norton Shores Fairfield Inn

This Fairfield Inn & Suites is located in Norton Shores, Michigan and is a member of the Marriott family of hotels.  This 86 room, 3 story hotel features conference areas, a breakfast room, and an indoor pool.  Rohde built this project under a design/ build contract, directing the architect to complete a design that met the owners needs and budget as well as complying with Marriott’s national franchise requirements.  Rohde was able to design and construct this hotel at a significant savings from the owners original budget.
