Maxwell Place

Maxwell Place Senior Community is the third phase of a family/ elderly complex constructed by Rohde in the wooded rolling hills of South Haven, Michigan.  The facility has 49 one and two bedroom apartments.  Each apartment has a full kitchen, washer and dryer, and a balcony.  Common facilities include exterior storage units, Meeting rooms, and common kitchen facilities.  Site work on this project was challenging due a late fall start and the building being located just 4 feet from a wetland on the entire backside of the building.  Rohde was able to beat the weather and get the sitework and base paving completed before winter.
