Rohde was part of a design/build team hired by Michigan Construction Industry Insurance to create this 29,500 square foot office building in Lansing, Michigan. The building has an open floor plans and a number of unusual features, including a 12 foot high retaining wall at the front entrance, a fiber optic communication system and a specialized HVAC system.  Due to difficulties with the initial structural design, the owner requested that Rohde directly contract and oversee the fast track structural redesign to ensure that construction finished on schedule.
