Lansing Springhill Suites

This Springhill Suites is the 2nd location built in West Michigan for this newest hotel in the Marriott chain.  This 104 room hotel in Lansing, Michigan features a dining area, indoor pool and spa, workout room, and conference areas.  Rohde constructed this hotel under a design/ build contract and was able to complete it significantly under the owners original budget.
