Hope Village

This Traverse City area congregate and assisted living facility was constructed for Lutheran Social Services of Michigan.  The complex consists of a 25 unit two story assisted living wing and a 48 unit three story congregate care module.  Each module has its own kitchen and dining areas, exercise area, and additional out of unit storage.  This challenging site involved working with steep terrain, an adjacent wetland, and preserving large trees close to the building.
