Hamlton Crossing

This 144 unit apartment project is currently vacant and has been uninhabitable for several years.  When the renovation is completed this project will once again be a vibrant part of the community of Ypsilanti.  In the course of the renovation, each existing apartment will be stripped to the studs to make way for a completely new interior.  Exteriors will also be upgraded with addition of porches and new front facades along with all new siding and roofing and stained brick.  The site will receive all new asphalt and concrete in addition to many upgrades to the underground utilities.
