Covenant Village is an 83 unit home for the aged located in Grand Rapids, Michigan.  The 83,000 sf facility is a multi-level block and pre-cast building with non-cam interior construction.  The building includes a dementia wing, multiple dining rooms, sun rooms, exercise area, and numerous other common area activity spaces.
