Clare Castle

Rohde recently completed this 24 unit senior apartment building in Clare Michigan.  In addition to providing housing for 24 residents, the building also contains a community senior center on the first floor and a meals on wheels program is operated out of the spacious commercial kitchen.  The masonry facade of this building has become a focal point in beautiful downtown Clare where this facility will serve the community for generations to come.
