Cinnamon Point

Cinnamon Point is a luxurious 192 unit townhouse and apartment project in Canton Township, Michigan.  The project is situated on two sites, separated by a major city street and is adjacent to a protected wetland area.  Among the many exterior amenities are detached garages, a clubhouse/ pool complex, and highly detailed exterior facades.  Unit amenities include full laundries, individual entries, and rear-facing balconies.  Rohde re-designed the unit floor plans to make them more efficient and marketable, saving the owner enough money to make the project feasible.  Construction sequencing was a challenge on this project as the township required major changes to the site engineering after building construction had already begun.  Rohde was able to maintain the schedule while working through these issues.
