Campus Village II

Campus Village II includes a 128 car parking garage attached to the building as well as additional parking under the building itself.  The 138 bed student housing project is located on the edge of the Michigan State University campus in East Lansing, Michigan.  All apartments have a one bath per bed design with with cable and high speed internet connections in every bedroom.   Due to a last minute structural redesign, caused by the discovery of bad soil conditions, the project started 10 weeks late.  Even with this delay, Rohde still completed the project for occupancy in time for the fall semester.
