Calumet Apartments

Calumet Apartments is one of a group of 5 extensive rehabilitation projects completed concurently by Rohde in the Detroit Area.  This project and the others like it received new exteriors and site upgrades as well as complete interior renovations.  All of these projects were completed with residents in place.  The installation of new kitchens and baths has to be carefully coordinated to provide the least disruption possible for residents.
