It's an old adage that a company is no better than the personnel assigned to a particular project.  The wealth of experience Rohde enjoys is illustrated by its office and field supervisory personnel, who average well over 25 years or experience in multiple-based general construction.  Rohde's stability and employee relations has allowed it to retain the vast majority of personnel who have created its completed project portfolio.
